Go Cakes Gluten Free & KETO Information!

Go Cakes is pleased to offer both gluten-free and KETO options and we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu!

 However, since we do bake in a shared kitchen, we are not allergen-free. Cakes are baked in a separate bowl/ pan and precautions for cross-contamination are taken, however, since we do bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour, and Nut ( Peanut &  Almond) products.  We advise customers with severe gluten and nut allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our Push Pops.

             Before placing your order, please inform us if anyone consuming our products has a food allergy.


Our DELICIOUS GF Push Pops are the perfect Treat for anyone for a Gluten Intolerance! You will NEVER know there’s no gluten bake in! 

 All Push Pops are Made with a Rice Flour, Rice Starch, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch Blend.  Other Ingredients include:  Sugar, Baking powder, Salt, Vanilla, Xanthan Gum.  *Vanilla flavors contain milk 

Dutch Cocoa powder (Chocolate Flavors only). All flavors contain dairy (butter), Canola oil and eggs.


We are beyond excited to create a carb conscious treat that can be a solution for many people on different specialized diets, OR for anyone wanting to enjoy a sugar-free treat!   Our AMAZING, completely sugar free KETO Push Pops are also Gluten Free and Grain Free!


Each Go Cake has approx. 4-5 Carbs, and contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or flavors.  All of our KETO push pops are sweetened with Swerve Sweetener an all Natural , zero-calorie, non-glycemic and safe for those living with diabetes, since it has no effect on blood glucose or insulin levels. Swerve is made from ingredients found In select fruits and starchy root vegetables. It is Kosher certified and Non- GMO certified.


Our KETO flavors are all made with Organic Almond Flour, Swerve Sweetener Organic Coconut Flour, Tapioca Starch, Baking Soda, baking powder, Salt, Cream Of Tartar, Canola/Coconut Oil. Chocolate Flavors- Dutch Cocoa powder For Chocolate chip-  Peanut butter flavors we use Lily's Chocolate Chips ( Sweetened with Stevia)  Natural no sugar Peanut Butter and topped with Lily’s Peanut Butter Cups.



All Gluten Free/ KETO Go Cakes are fresh for 3 days at room temperature, 7-10 days in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer.  For the best push pop flavor experience, always Enjoy at Room Temperature!
